Use this form if you currently claim a council tax single person discount and have received a letter from us asking you to confirm your circumstances.

Simply fill in the information below and tick the box to confirm you have read and understood the declaration.

To receive a single person discount, you must be the only eligible adult living in the household. If your circumstances have changed and you are now living with another adult you may still be able to receive a discount depending on the circumstances. However we still need to know if another adult is living with you.
